Managing change, whether you are wanting the change or not, is often a journey filled with challenges, feelings of loss and no control, feelings of excitement and hope with stepping into the new, the unknown, brings with it times of great ups and downs in your state of being, on all levels, mental, emotional, physical and energetic.Â
Moving through all the impacts of change often requires you seeking guidance and support to successfully navigate, shaping yourself with a positive/growth mindset, being able to flow with the journey of change and embrace the new.

Overview
The course runs for seven days, a recommended maximum 15-20 minutes per day. Each day you will receive a video lesson outlining the topic and supporting activities. Short and easy to do when appropriate for you in your day. It is recommended you view your video lesson first thing in the morning, allowing you time to reflect and commit to a time to complete your daily activity.Â
